El día de hoy Prime Video reveló nuevas imágenes de la serie original Menem, dirigida por Ariel Winograd. El elenco estelar incluye a Leonardo Sbaraglia (El Gerente, Blondi), Juan Minujín (Los Dos Papas, El Marginal), Griselda Siciliani (Bardo, Sentimental),  Jorgelina Aruzzi (El Primero de Nosotros, Ex Casados), Marco Antonio Caponi (Asfixiados, Iosi, el Espía Arrepentido), Agustín Sullivan (La Muerte no Existe y el Amor Tampoco, Sandro de América), Cumelén Sanz (La Jefa, Monzón), Alberto Ajaka (Apache: La Vida de Carlos Tévez, El Presidente), Violeta Urtizberea (Las Estrellas, Cien Días Para Enamorarse) y Campi (El Amor Después del Amor, Ex Casados). Menem se estrenará exclusivamente en Prime Video en más de 240 países y territorios alrededor del mundo. 

 Menem es un drama de ficción basado en hechos reales que narra la historia de una familia riojana cuya vida queda ligada al círculo íntimo del Presidente Carlos Menem. La serie está situada en Argentina en los años 90, desde el ascenso de Menem al poder y la consecuente convertibilidad económica hasta los ataques terroristas sucedidos en Buenos aires. Menem es una historia de poder, controversia política y tragedia social.

 Menem fue creada y producida por Mariano Varela (Porno & Helado) y es liderada por Ariel Winograd (El Gerente, El Robo del Siglo) como showrunner y director. Comparte créditos en la dirección con Fernando Alcalde (Argentina, 1985, El Secreto de sus Ojos). La serie fue escrita por Mariana Levy (El Presidente, Mumblecore en el Conurbano), Federico Levín, Luciana Porchietto (Los Internacionales, Soy Luna), Silvina Olschansky (Maradona: Sueño Bendito, El Marginal) y Guillermo Salmerón (Maradona: Sueño Bendito, El Marginal) y producida por Claxson y Yulgok Media.
